Lose weight?
hi, i have tried all the product on the market or most of them, to help me lose weight i am 5ft 11 and weight approx 12 stone but there are parts of my body i need to lose weight i have a healthy apprtite, and i must admit i do snack alot, but i do exercise i play football (yes im a girl who plays football) so i train during the week and at weekends to i am currently takin those adios tablets which are a aid to help slimming but i dont see any results i do sit ups and all sorts to try to tone up, like i said i sometimes snack onthe bad things but shouldnt my exercise counter balance that, i also do sit ups every mornng and night before i go to bed. is there anything out there that is not dangerous to help slimming which i will see results!! i dont want to damage my health i have tried all sorts can you help!!?

- Its go to do exercises! Keep that up! But u might want to cut back to about 2000 calories a day Or about 1600! And eat ur food groups and do health snacks!
- Eat something every two hours (obviously not at night!). Avoid sugary food when snacking as you'll just get a rush then hungry again. Keep healthy food close at hand and clear the cupboards of the bad stuff! Try to build exercise into your day - walk instead of driving, use stairs instead of the lift, go for a wander on your lunch break, etc, etc. You'll also need to do some cardiovasular work to really burn calories, rather than just situps. Running, swimming and dancing are all excellent ways to get your heart rate up.
- Try not to snack as much. Sounds like you have exercise under control, now you have to look at your diet. If you eat more than you burn, you will gain weight.

- you sound asif your doing bucket loads of exercise so no worries there. i know it sounds daft but have you looked at slimming world? i joined after putting 11 pounds on over christmas, im a big bloke anyway (over 300 lbs) so really need to shift the weight and in 3 weeks i lost 8.5lbs. anyway basically they say you can eat on green days or red days, so its tons of veg, spuds , pasta and rice with limited meat on a green and buckets of meat and certain veg with limited pasta, rice, spuds etc on a red. within this there are foods which they say help speed up your metabolism, the list is massive but if your atleast 14lbs over your bmi weight they should let you join and you can find out all you need. good luck chuck
- I just came off a 21 day fast with my church and the only things we could eat was fruits,vegetables,fruit juices and plenty of water and from that alone I lost 15 pounds
- Look deep inside yourself to where your snacks go. Follow the journey down through your system to its destination. This will be those problem areas. The build up of Fat. Two cures are available. 1. Cut out the rubbish from your diet and replace it with healthy snacks. You're a sportswoman, you know what is good and what is rubbish. 2. Increase your exercise and training by at least 50% each day to burn this fat off. Fat layers build up over time as they just lay there waiting for more fat to join them. Dump the weight loss products. They do not work. Only you and your diet can control your weight/shape. You say no to those poisonous snacks you keep nibbling. You be the boss of what your body takes in. Imagine fat is a football team that you have to beat to win the Cup. Don't give fat any free kicks or penalties, or even worse, home goals. - yay! another lass who likes football! wohoo!. lol, sorry. Your body weight is perfectly normal for your height, so try not to worry too much. Just take regular exercise, it will take longer to show the results with you not being overweight, so your body has to change it to toned muscle rather than just muscle. (You body fat will be normal too, so trying to loose weight when your at a good weight already will result in damaging your health, as it would make the muscles smaller.) So keep at the exercise! Measure yourself, I'm sure youll see result faster that way.
