lose weight?

i am 4'11 (i no, very short) and weight 120 pounds i dont no how i got this way, but i really need to lose weight! at least 30 pounds! i take fighting classes for an hour on some days, but not all the time is there some method to lose weight? i need to get motivated to exercise too!

  3. I think that exercising in different forms is a good way to keep your body in good shape but unless you understand your body and change the way you eat it wont help just to exercise. The food that you eat can either make you thin or fat. You don't get fat because of a lack of exercising, that's a myth. You get fat because you don't eat the right foods at the right intervals each day.
