hi, i weigh123 and im 5'4. i only really wanna lose weight around my stomach but it wouldnt hurt anywhere else. i eat fibre1 for breakfast, rye bread with a lunch meat and butter for a lunch, sometimes a fruit. i eat these oreo thin strips (the ones with only 100 calories per pack) also at lunch. and for a snack aruond 4ish i eat fat free, sugar free yogurt. i eat a regular supper(no desert) with like, stirfry, spaghettie, meats, etc. but i run 2miles everynight on my tred mill, and i run for 15 minutes every second morning, i have basketball practice on tuesdays for an hour and for an houra nd 15minutes on thursdays. i sometimes do 100 or more crunches at night. im wondering how long will it take me to lose some weight? i wanna lose stomach fat by the summer..
