lose weight?

hi, i weigh123 and im 5'4. i only really wanna lose weight around my stomach but it wouldnt hurt anywhere else. i eat fibre1 for breakfast, rye bread with a lunch meat and butter for a lunch, sometimes a fruit. i eat these oreo thin strips (the ones with only 100 calories per pack) also at lunch. and for a snack aruond 4ish i eat fat free, sugar free yogurt. i eat a regular supper(no desert) with like, stirfry, spaghettie, meats, etc. but i run 2miles everynight on my tred mill, and i run for 15 minutes every second morning, i have basketball practice on tuesdays for an hour and for an houra nd 15minutes on thursdays. i sometimes do 100 or more crunches at night. im wondering how long will it take me to lose some weight? i wanna lose stomach fat by the summer..   1. PLEASE.... Give me a break! You only weigh 123...there are poeple who have it a lot worse than you do!!
  2. you dont need to lose anything your doing all the right stuf just give it time your belly fat as you call it will go away just keep doing your crunches
  3. Contrary to popular belief, there's no such thing as spot reducing, so crunches may tone you up but they won't take fat off just your stomach. There's is no way to lose fat off just one desired area, unless you have lipo suction done. I don't see why you would need to lose more weight anyway, if you just weigh 123 at 5'4!
