  1. You are certainly not obese at those statistics. Keep running and eating healthy and, if you feel you still must lose weight, don't go below 110 lbs. Try doing some situps for your tummy bulge and take slightly smaller portions of food at the table.
  2. Sad to say, there is none but the old school of eating right and exercising. Well fat loss occur not in one area solely. It reduces body wide. SO it will take time before the most problem area loses visible amount of fat. SO don;t despair and give up..so long as you keep up with eating right and exercising right it will pay off. However, i must say the speed of fat loss is also determined by what type of foods you eat and the type of cardio you do. To put it shortly, you need to mix of cardio and resistance training. For cardio you need to do high resistance intervel training ie cardio..ie if running....then add sudden 30 sec bursts of sprinting. This keeps you body in a state of increased fat loss...research has been done to back this up. In fact most popular prgrams like the abs diet, TNT diet and body for life all advocate high intensity workouts. From teh way i see it, that is the biggest change you could make. Try it and see if it makes a difference. Give yourself about 6weeks before expecting to see some visible results. This reply is getting long so i will end by saying that watch your nutrition as well...aviod simple carbs and sugars and eat right before and after every workout. Good luck
  3. girl you are fine....i am totally under weight and need to gain...i am 5'3" and only 80 pounds.....are you doing all this for the auditions we are entering...email me.
  4. hon ur fine.ur 13 and weight 116 tat fine. Unless u really feel bad about ur self lose some weight. But only 3-4 pounds and if ur problem is with ur stomach then try to do at least 100 situps everyday before u go to bed. Its a take at least a year for ur stomach to look better but it'll work. I think at ur weight and height ur perfect sweetie..ur only 13 unless u were obese i wouldn't worry.
  5. i think if u decide 2 lose weight u should do it the right way workin out n eating healthy n no diet pills or makin ur self starve
  6. To successfully lose weight, you must carry out a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise. Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity. I found useful informations at
