Lose Weight????
well im 15 years old and im 5.7-5.8 tall i weight 195 pounds!!!!and i in a weight class.... people say that muscle weights more than fat but i feel 2 fat any ways 2 help me lose some weight please!!!!!

- eat less sand work out everyday
- count your calories. If you eat 1500 calories a day you'll get skinny real fast.
- you should do stregnth exercise such as weight training. You might also want to go swimming, it helps a lot. Other than that you can also do yoga, it is kind of boring but it works.
- cut out fatty foods like fries, crisps, fizzy drinks and sweets, eat fresh fruits and veg instead, have regular meals try to have them at the same time each day and no snacking on junk food just before going to bed. exercise regularly. it takes about 12-14 days for your body to get used to changes in your eating habbits but you will feel much better for it and loose weight too.
- You should drink cinamen,honey and hot water,First you mix the cinamen with the honey and add the hot water, you should drink this every moring.Good luck!!!!!!!!!
