lose weight?
okay i lost 50 pounds and people say i dont ned to lose anymore weight but i still want to lose another 20 pounds before school starts back then i will be at my goal which is 185 pounds what should i do and eat to lose this 20 pounds before september

- just keep working out eating HEALTHY and belive in your self but 20 that sure is alot.
- Eat 3 small meals a day with snacks between. Avoid foods with hydrogenated ingredients (even partially hydrogenated). Drink at least 4 bottles of water (doesn't necessarily have to be bottles) a day. Do at least 30 minutes of cardio work out. All of these things should lead you to losing those 20 pounds before school. Great job losing the first 50! Hope this helps!
