lose weight??
im trying to lose weight. i was just wondering if it is still heathly to eat a plain salad ans drink just water all day im trying to lose weight within the next 2 weeks any suggestions thanks

- Need much more info. How old are you. How much do you currently weigh and how much are you trying to lose? Just a plain salad and water really isn't healthy. You need your protein, carbs and heatlhy fats...yes, there are healthy fats. If you want to eat a salad, don't use iceberg lettuce, use spinach since it's better for you....add some tuna or salmon to your salad...like the little packs not the canned garbage.. or add some nuts for protein and use minimal dressing. I use to pour dressing in a little cup on the side, dip my fork in the salad dressing and then stab the salad! FYI - you don't need meat in your diet. You can get protein from other foods, but you do need protein every day. Exercise at least 30-45 minutes each day as well.

- Tes its healthy nothing wrong with it. Follow this steps Exercise everyday like jogging around the block Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day Dont eat until you're full Eat fruits at night if your hungry. Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate. I found this on this website.
