what are the dangers of crash dieting?

- you can become weak and feint you can screw up your sugar levels you can even become disoriented
- gaining all and then some back.... ok you get to look nice in a dress for some occasion, but it all slams back faster and much worse than you can imagine. Ask your self, do you want to starve daily or eat healthy and think of how wonderful you feel? Just try and make healthy choices and be active. in the long run it is better for your appearance and health.
- i dont know what that is but why not try this. Change ur eating habits. It will be easier and u dont have to worry bout gain weight again after quiting a diet.eat fruits when u want a snack, instead of chips get mini rice cakes flavored. Trust me their good. Just try to eat healtier and/or eat less. Ur grow to like it and u will lose weight and enjoy it. Try to also find an exercise u like doing daily or many times a week. Such as if u like sports try to play football and basketball sometimes for a certain amount of time. Give urself a healthier lifestyle.
